Every living thing experiences stress, but we humans tend to linger on these feelings, to the point where we develop both physical and mental problems. At Ditto PR, employee wellness and happiness are topics I put a lot of time into. But to truly create a positive and healthy work environment, I’m starting to look at the enemy: stress.
Work stresses people out! And we spend so much time at work that longer and higher levels of stress can lead to sickness, injury, addiction, you name it.
So, if we can reduce stress at Ditto, we can create a work environment that helps employees become healthier and more productive.
